Accessing restricted content or services - FAQ

What is restricted content or services?

  • Content or services marked with a padlock icon are restricted and include materials like confidential documents, transcripts, restricted presentations, etc., or services like the virtual consultations, manage your meeting attendance registration, etc. 

How do I gain access?

  • You must be logged in.
  • For the Membership -- your account level (authorized by your Permanent Representation) determines whether you can access restricted content, or submit virtual consultation comments.
  • Meeting attendees will have some meeting registration services such as managing your meeting attendance fomat (if registered for the specific meeting), join or watch the meeting online (if available based on attendance format).
