Who can sign up for the Membership Area?
- Only delegates and/or other staff authorized by the Permanent Representations accredited to WFP can sign up to the Membership Area of the Executive Board. Please note that the Permanent Representations Focal Points are responsible for authorizing and providing the WFP Code delegates and/or staff.

Why should I sign up to the Membership Area?
- A Membership Area account will be required to register for meetings and manage attendance preferences. Membership accounts will also receive the latest notifications on governing body documents and budget revisions for country strategic plans. Additionally, users with advanced access will be entitled to access restricted content and submit online comments in Virtual Consultations on behalf of their Permanent Representation.

What is the WFP Code?
- The WFP Code is a code associated with each Permanent Representation accredited to WFP. This code is provided by the Executive Board Secretariat to Permanent Representations focal points and is required during the sign-up process.

There is a dedicated space in the sign up form to enter the WFP Code. This is positioned at the bottom of the form.

Why is an official email address required?
- For a secure and personalized experience, users must sign up with a unique, personal work email address, avoiding shared email addresses. Email addresses will be confidential and used only for password resets or notifications. All messages from the website services will be sent to the official user email address. Individual accounts will be needed to register for meetings and manage user attendance preferences in the Personal Area of the Executive Board Website and join virtual meetings online.
