How do I sign up?
Permanent Representation delegates:
- On the login page, select Sign up.
- Complete all required fields, including your WFP Code.
- Submit the form.
- Check your email and activate your account using the confirmation message.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
Before you start
Do I have to sign up for an Executive Board website account?
- Permanent Representation delegates: yes. Sign up using your WFP Code.
- WFP staff: you do not need to sign up. Simply log in using your WFP credentials.
- External users: external users do not sign up directly. The Executive Board Secretariat will create an account on their behalf and send activation instructions.
Why do I need an account?
An Executive Board account allows you to:
- Register for Executive Board meetings and manage your attendance preferences.
- Receive meeting and document notifications.
- Join virtual meetings when online participation is available.
- Access features, services and content available to your account type.
What is a WFP Code?
The WFP Code is a unique code assigned to each Permanent Representation.
It is required only for delegates and staff of Permanent Representations accredited to WFP, and authorized by their Permanent Representation.
If you do not have your WFP Code, please contact your Mission Focal Point or email wfpsecretarytotheEB@wfp.org
What email address should I use?
Use your individual work email address. Your email address must:
- Be assigned exclusively to you.
- Not be a shared mailbox or generic office account.
Your email will be used for:
- Password resets
- One-Time Passwords (OTP)
- Meeting notifications
- Registration confirmations
- Account-related communications
