Who can sign up?
- Only delegates or staff authorized by Permanent Representations accredited to WFP can signup for membership access.
Why sign up?
An account is required to:
- Get registered for meetings and manage attendance preferences
- Receive notifications about governing body documents and budget revisions
- Access restricted content and membership services like the Virtual Consultations for example (if your account has advanced permissions)
How do I sign up?
- To sign up, you will need a WFP Code. This code is a unique identifier for your Permanent Representation.
- The WFP Code is provided by the designated focal point of your Permanent Representation, who receives it from the Executive Board Secretariat and shares it with authorized users.
- If you do not have your WFP Code, please contact your Permanent Representation’s focal point or email WFPSecretarytotheEB@wfp.org for assistance.
- Click Login in the top-right corner
- Click Sign up
Complete all required fields - salutation, rank, title, name, email (personal work email), password, WFP Code, etc. - Submit the form
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Use your email and password to Log in
What email should I use?
- You must use your personal work email that’s unique to you.
- Shared or generic emails are not permitted, as they are used for all account communications and password resets.
- dresses will be confidential and used only for password resets or notifications. All messages from the website services will be sent to the official user email address. Individual accounts will be needed to register for meetings and manage user attendance preferences in the Personal Area of the Executive Board Website and join virtual meetings online.
