In accordance with the Policy on Country Strategic Plans approved by the Executive Board at its second regular session in 2016, draft country strategic plans (CSPs) and interim country strategic plans (ICSPs) should be circulated to Board members electronically for comments at least 12 weeks before the approval session.

All comments, if any, should be received within 20 days of circulation. The comments will be discussed with concerned governments and changes will be incorporated, as appropriate, into the final CSPs/ICSPs.

The CSPs listed on this page will be submitted to the 2018 annual session and their draft version below are now presented to the Executive Board for review from Tuesday 27 March to Friday 20 April.

Delegations are encouraged to publish their comments directly on the Membership Area of the Executive Board website. The Membership Area is a protected space, accessible only to registered Board members. In case you have not yet registered in the Membership Area, you can send your comments as an email attachment to the Secretary to the Executive Board mailbox address (wfpsecretarytotheeb@wfp.org).

The Membership Area also contains additional background information for each CSP. A copy of this background information is also available under Country Operation Management Plans (COMPs) page (password protected).

The concept notes of Country Strategic Plans for approval at the 2018 second regular session will be available under the relevant country folder of the Country Strategic Plans page of the Membership Area. For those who have not registered yet in the Membership Area, a copy of the concept notes will also be placed in the relevant country folder of the Country Operation Management Plans page (restricted page, accessible with the password provided in 2017)
