How do I join a meeting online with Zoom?
- If the meeting has virtual participation service, and you are registered as a Speaker for the meeting, you will be able to join the meeting online through Zoom following these steps:
- Step 1: Inform the Executive Board Secretariat of your virtual participation. The Secretariat will register and send you a personal confirmation notification (to your email associated with your account for the Executive Board Website).
- Step 2: To access the meeting virtually, you will need to log in to the Executive Board website with your credentials. If you don’t have an account and you are part of a Mission, you will need to contact your mission's focal point to create your account. Login into your account -- if you don’t remember your password, you can either follow the Forgot-your-password? procedure or use the One Time Login Password to get in.
- Step 3: Go to https://executiveboard.wfp.org/meetings and find the meeting you want to join virtually and click to open it (in your registration confirmation email you should also find a direct link to the meeting page).
- Step 4: Click on Join. The button gets enabled 30 minutes before the session starts.
